Colonel Richard Kemp, CBE. Part 2

Former Head of international terrorism intelligence team, British Cabinet Office. He will graciously explain the acronym CBE and its place in the Imperial order - is retired from the British Army active rolls but appears to still belong there by spirit.

He chose the profession of arms when other youth cheered the aboiltion of national service in the UK, was commissioned an officer, went up the ranks in the infantry, served in Germany, Northern Ireland, Cyprus and former Yugoslavia, fought against Iraq with a storied Armored unit, commanded all British forces in Afghanistan and led the counter-terror cell at whitehall’s COBRA - the Cabinet Office Briefing Room A - where the politico-military staff work is at its highest level. Well versed in Mideast defense, and intelligence issues, he has the highest praise for his Israeli brothers-in-arms.
