Lebanon as Part of the Iranian Problem

Ever since it gained it’s independence from France, Lebanon has struggled to be a sovereign nation, being too weak to solve its internal intrigues without foreign intervention that unfortunately then became foreign domination. First was its neighbor, Syria, which became more like a landlord, and then came Iran operating through Hezbollah. Now, with the America-Iran-Israel confrontation simmering at another boiling point, the front encompassing Northern galilee and Southern Lebanon is once again at the mercy of decisions being taken far away, namely in Washington and Tehran.

So what is in store for this sideshow of the main event happening in the Persian Gulf?
