A Day on the Shores of Lake Kinneret

The Lake Kinneret area is most beautiful during the spring. We visited two kibbutzim on the shores of Kinneret, got acquainted with Tiberias and its citizens and admired the astounding nature surrounding the lake.

Jesus spent most of his life in the proximity of Lake Kinneret. We visited the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus taught on the principles of the Kingdom. The nature and the parables that Jesus used on nature in his Sermon on the Mount still speak to people today about God's great care for us.
