Gen. (Ret.) Kenneth F. McKenzie Jr.

Please join host Amir Oren for an interview with United States Marine Corps Gen. (Ret.) Kenneth Franklin McKenzie, Jr., who recently retired from his position as the 14th commander of the US Central Command (CENTCOM), which has purview over most Arab countries and Iran; as well as most recently Israel, where he was in close contact with the IDF.

During his military career, Gen. McKenzie commanded troops on ground and naval deployments, and served in key positions as Secretary to the USMC Commandant and at the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He also oversaw the raid during which Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed in Syria, as well as the US withdrawal from Afghanistan.
