Israel's battle against the Coronavirus

This is the annual time of Jewish High Holidays when many Israelis are taking time off from work to celebrate with their families. But this year the situation is far from normal. The second wave of the Covid-19 crisis has hit Israel quite hard, with numbers of patients in need of hospital care steadily rising and medical facilities almost full to capacity. Israeli authorities decided to impose a lockdown, but compliance with regulations is spotty at best. How severe is the crisis and what could be done to alleviate the danger and keep the economy from falling into deep depression?

Guests Dr. Fadi Essmaeel, Research Fellow Institute for Counter Terrorism in Herzliya, and Brigadier General (Res.) Yossi Kuperwasser, Project Director on Middle East Developments, Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. TV7 analyst Mr. Amir Oren. Host Jonathan Hessen.
