Iran’s nuclear program, prospects of JCPOA-2

In almost every culture one finds the equivalent of the old proverb, Hope for the best, Prepare for the worst, especially in matters of war and peace. It seems to fit the pendulum called the negotiations over the revival of the lapsed JCPOA. Is it on or is it off? And what does one make of the various moves in the Iranian Nuclear program and by the Biden Administration?

To help us probe the puzzle, we are joined from New York City by Dr. Olli Heinonen, Former International Atomic Energy Agency Deputy Director General and a Distinguished Fellow, Stimson Center, Washington, D.C.
