What happened in the Ukraine war apparently loomed over the talks regarding Iran’s Nuclear program, with a final draft of abstinence-for-assistance ready to be signed but frozen due to Moscow’s demands to allow trade with Tehran, despite the economic measures taken against Russia in the Ukrainian context. While diplomacy waits its restart, the IAEA has made its peace with Iranian Atomic authorities, despite bitter Israeli opposition.
