Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile advancements

Tensions between Russia and Western countries and international organizations such as the European Union over the war in Ukraine will certainly affect other issues, on which there was up-to-now common ground between the parties. A case in point is the Nuclear deal being essentially renegotiated in Vienna between Iran and the parties to the 2015 agreement. If Russia is now in a hostile stance towards the United States and its allies, it may tilt towards Iran regardless of the Islamic Republic’s steady accumulation of enriched fissile material and ballistic missile arsenal. What is the outline of these emerging trends and is Iran therefore a more dangerous threat than it was a month ago?
