As a month passed since the International Remembrance day, which commemorates the victims of the Holocaust and encourages the development of educational programs to prevent future acts of genocide, the words “Never Again” don’t seem to apply to the genocide conducted by the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant against all non-Muslims in Iraq and Syria.
