Three years have passed since the signing of the American-brokered agreements between Israel and several Gulf and North Africa governments. While evoking the name of that ancient and original Patriarch, Abraham, could have been applied to all earlier Arab Israeli accords, the title here was an effective example of copywriting. What was mostly a security relationship expanded into a diplomatic, economic and touristic interchange.
