Jerusalem's security challenges for 2020

With the start of the new year, the Israeli intelligence community, as well as outside experts and thinktanks, have published their annual assessments regarding Israel’s security situation. It also includes the probability of a new wide-scale conflict that could engulf the Jewish State. What lies ahead for Israel and its people in 2020?

Guests Dr. Eran Lerman vice president of the Jerusalem Institute of Strategy and Security and a lecturer at Shalem College, and Brigadier General (Res.) Yossi Kuperwasser – Project Director on Middle East Developments, Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. Analyst Amir Oren. Host Jonathan Hessen.

Before we start today’s program, it is our sad duty to say farewell to a dear friend and colleague who partook in many of these Jerusalem Studio sessions, Dr. Emily Landau – one of Israel’s foremost experts on nuclear proliferation, passed away earlier this week. She will be sorely missed by her friends and viewers alike.
