Reports out of Vienna, regarding the indirect talks between Iranian and American negotiators on the terms of mutual return to the 2015 Nuclear Deal, indicate they have already basically agreed that the return to the deal will be full compliance for full compliance with a step-by-step approach, rather than halfway measures. There are still two issues on which there are gaps between the parties. The sequencing of lifting sanctions and reversing Uranium enrichment and the separation of those sanctions to be lifted from those that are not. So how close are they to concluding their task, and what are the implications for the Middle East in general and Israel in particular?
