Israel-Hezbollah on Course of Collision : Threat Assessment

As there is never a real lull in the relationship between Israel and Hezbollah, so there is no real point in saying that any period of relative quiet between the two is a lull on either side of a storm, as it is merely in reality a short intermezzo between storms. The next one brewing has to do with events and processes, both visible and hidden. Hezbollah is gradually rebuilding, with a lot of Iranian support, while Israel is striking infrastructure targets, munitions and personnel. This is surely a collision course, and the only questions are when, how and what sort of impact this clash will have.
