In the city of Haifa on Mt Carmel there is a special place, where people's lives are changed. Israel Chai is a rehabilitation center for Russian-speaking drug addicts and alcoholics.
Thanks to the center many troubled people have been delivered from drugs with the help of Jesus.
There are two Israel Chai safe houses in Katsrin, one for men and one for women. Gennadi Shaulov is the manager of the Katsrin rehabilitation center and the pastor of their church. Gennadi used to be a drug addict himself and his life was changed after visiting the rehabilitation center.
