While the coronavirus crisis evidently overshadows all other world events; the Islamic Republic of Iran seems bent on challenging the West vis-à-vis its nuclear program. Earlier this month, the international atomic energy agency published a sharp rebuke of the clerical regime in Tehran over its persisting efforts to evade its responsibilities under its obligations as a signatory of the Non-proliferation treaty.
