Ambassador Efraim Halevi. Part 2

In this second conversation with Efraim Halevy, former MOSSAD chief and first guest in our Watchmen Talk series, the intelligence and secret diplomacy veteran shares with TV7’s Amir Oren his impressions of several Prime Ministers he worked for, Jordan’s King Hussein who befriended the London-born head of Israel’s espionage and special missions agency, the unique relations with the CIA and the Gulf country he first visited 45 years ago to help solve its water problems.

Halevy, who observes that even MOSSAD suffered embarrassing failures along with resounding successes, also has firm views on a spy chief’s duty to his political superior and to his subordinate officers who get in trouble.
