The international criminal court, which is operated for less than 20 years, is causing Israel quite a headache. Its Chief prosecutor has referred to the governing body several issues, which have to do with both Jurisdiction and substance with a negative impact, on Israeli civilian and military leaders. Is this really a dangerous new front for Israel, or should it be seen as marginal, in comparison to other threats facing it?
